The Role:

Our client is a Tier 1 D&B Contractor operating predominately in the water industry who are working with Scottish Water. They are looking to strengthen their Digital Team with a Digital Transformation Manager. Based at the Glasgow office the Digital Transformation Manager will work closely with the Delivery and Engineering teams – both Managers and System Users; and will form key relationships with Information, Planning, and Business Improvement Manager.

The focus of this role needs to be on project delivery & site activities (eg coordination of digital surveys, use of CDE, VPIs, visualizations), planning (Synchro 4D) and better integration of the supply chain (eg BIM360, supplier BIM assessments, training).

Responsibilities:

The Role:

To support Senior members of the H&S Team, regional management teams, construction managers and site teams on the requirements for implementing the health and safety management system. You will support the delivery of SHEQ objectives for the client and work with the operational teams to deliver on key requirements of the SHEQ Strategic Plan.

You will be involved in all stages of the project including design and planning, working with key contract figures to manage health and safety risks appropriately with a focus on risk elimination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of SHEQ and SHEQ Manager in undertaking their duties.
  • Aid the on-going development and maintenance of the ADP SHEQ Strategic Plan in line with corporate practices and contractual obligations.
  • Promote exceptional safety standards to the direct and subcontracted work force.

You will report directly to the Engineering Lead and the responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure designs are completed in accordance with CDM Regulations.

Introduction:

Our client is developing and building multiple multi-year Contracts and Projects in the UK and they are looking for skilled people to deliver on these fantastic opportunities in Anaerobic Digestion and Biomethane. They are recruiting for Client Site Representatives who will play an important part in keeping their construction sites running at their highest potential, acting as the key site interface between them and the Principal Contractor in addition to managing the activities of 4-5 specialist subcontractors. Each project is valued at roughly £25m with an estimated construction period of 9-12 months followed by extensive commissioning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • You’ll supervise the site at a project level, making sure the Principal Contractor complies with program, contract, cost, quality and SHEQ requirements.
  • You will ensure that the Principal Contractor is pro-actively discharging their duties under the Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations, that regular site safety walks are carried out, site access is being effectively controlled and that all applicable technical specifications are being met.
  • Ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables, drive a culture of zero accidents and zero defects to meet the delivery milestones to provide the best service.

The Role: They are recruiting for a Lead Planner who will play an important part in creating, maintaining and administering multiple integrated design and construct programmes for multiple challenging anaerobic digestor construction projects each valued at £25m with a total spend of £400m.
