Position: Engineering Data Coordinator
Location: Peterborough with hybrid working
Salary Guide: £35,000 (negotiable DOE) plus excellent benefits package
The Role:
Working within a Framework JV made up of seven partner companies and their extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.
The framework is heading into its latest Asset Management Period, known as AMP7 which will deliver a £1.8bn programme of work over the next five years.
Undertaking circa 800 projects across the region requires teams to collaborate and work towards common objectives to deliver the best service possible to clients.
To further enhance engineering performance and to deliver the most innovative water and water recycling projects across the region, our Client is looking for an Engineering Data Coordinator to play a central role in driving their digital transformation and linking key data and information across their teams.

Over the last two years, the Engineering Team within the @one Alliance has been on a digital transformation journey, developing various innovative and sector-leading digital applications that automate design. Data analytics is at the heart of this transformation.
To maintain the pace of that transformation, our Client is seeking an Engineering Data Coordinator to support the engineering innovation team. You will define, develop and manage the engineering data architecture, whilst exploring other areas of efficiency and opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
Gather engineering data for each discipline and map this
Create an engineering data architecture and align with their client’s data architecture
Work collaboratively with their client’s teams, including the Digital Team, to ensure data is consistent, understood and embedded in the CAD/BIM model production process
Work with the client to ensure future, effective and efficient alignment of engineering data structures
Train the engineering teams on the defined data structures
Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure updates and key messages regarding engineering data architecture is shared
Identify efficiencies with the engineering data architecture and support the engineering team to identify insights.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
A Degree, or Level 5 qualification or higher, preferably in Engineering
PostgreSQL database management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Water and/or wastewater design experience would be an advantage but not essential
