Sales/Business Development Manager – Industrial Services
Location: Anywhere between Billingham and Grangemouth
Salary: £40k with Sales Based Commission (OTE up to £65k)

CCTV inspection and drain cleaning
Duties: Utilising your experience and knowledge of the industrial services business alongside your proven track record of successful sales and contract negotiation, you will be responsible for the growth of the Industrial Services business in the Northern Region.
Responsibilities: Work as a key member of the wider regional team; identify customer targets and areas of opportunity.
Convert new customers to stable contracts with associated KPIs.
Develop, nurture and network across the business lines to deliver growth for the Grangemouth and Billingham depots.
Develop, grow and deliver business growth from both external and internal customers from initial contact through to contract signature and operational handover.
Successfully achieve regional sales targets.
Build strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders within the business and the wider Industrial Services business.
Identify ‘cutting edge’ innovation and technologies in order to proactively support the wider industrial Services Strategy and development.
Attend monthly sales and regional meetings to report progress against sales targets.
Essential: Proven sales track record, with examples of contract success and delivery.
Commercial bid writing and management.
In-depth knowledge of the Industrial Services industry and the latest technologies.
Engaging and able to communicate well with the ability to develop relationships.
Able to be flexible regarding working hours to meet business demands.
Desirable: Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety, IOSH preferable.
Hazardous waste and chemical knowledge.
